Canyon de Chelly

This photo brings back memories of an amazing trip to the Southwest with my family several years ago. I was shooting with a Nikon D50 back then (which Jenny now uses). I’ve always liked the lush colors and stark lines in this photo.

  1. And yes, we did see Mustangs. I should post one of those shots. Thanks for reminding me! 🙂

  2. Hey Rachael, somehow I missed this comment. This visit was part of a 10-day trip to the Southwest I took with my family in 2006. We traveled to everywhere from Mesa Verdi to the Grand Canyon, from Santa Fe to the Hopi Mesas. It was a memorable trip.

  3. This place has been near the top of my must see list for a while. We had a trip planned in 2010 but then work got in the way. Did you do any good hikes there? And did you see any mustangs (horses not cars)?
